Up to $200/week

Utilities included. No security deposit collected. Rent stays within Portland Housing Bureau guidelines.

Vetted, trained hosts

Every homeowner is screened for trans-affirming values and completes trauma-informed care and cultural competency training before their listing goes live.

Mediation before move-in

A trained mediator helps you and your host negotiate house rules together before you move in — so expectations are clear from day one.

Resource navigation

Your peer navigator connects you with employment help, healthcare navigation, and community support throughout your first year.

    Once you have met, your navigator sets you up so you can sign in and see the homes we match you with.

    You do not browse listings. We introduce homes we believe are a genuine fit, and you tell us what feels right.
